Railway Transport Services – Rer A - Prestation De Location De Wagon Type R90. This Advertising Notice Aims To Establish A Framework Agreement With A Minimum And Maximum Amount. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Rental Of R90 Type Wagons Which Will Be Integrated Into The Works Trains On Line A Of The Rer. This Consultation Is A Service Contract. The Services Included In The Minimum Amount Of The Framework Agreement Are: • The Rental Of 10 R90 Type Flat Wagons For A Period Of 5 Years • 1 Outward Delivery To The Ratp Sites • 1 Return Transport From The Ratp Sites • Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Linked To The Normal Use Of The Wagons • Remedial Maintenance Following An Accident Or Misuse Attributable To The Ratp The Services Included In The Maximum Amount Of The Framework Agreement Include In Particular: • The Services Included In The Framework Agreement The Minimum Amount • The Rental Of 10 R90 Type Flat Wagons For A Period Of 3 Additional Years • 2 Outbound Shipments To Ratp Sites • 2 Return Shipments From Ratp Sites • Services Ancillary To The Subject Of The Contract Within The Limit Of 20% Of The Maximum Amount The Equipment Provided Must Comply With The Specific Technical Clauses (Cctp).
