The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of A Trade Fair With A Conference Part (Hereinafter: Event) In The Scope Of Renting Fair Stands In A Modular Structure With Equipment - Renting A Minimum Of 15 Fair Stands In A Modular Structure With An Area Of 16 M2 With The Option Of Increasing The Order To 30 Stands With Equipment And The Service Of Stand Assembly With Electrical Installation And Dismantling Of Stands. The Fair (Exhibition) Part Of The Event Will Be Attended By At Least 15 Exhibitors Who Will Represent Various Types Of Activities (Services, Products). The Recruitment Of Exhibitors Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. The Event Takes Place In A Building Belonging To The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Tasks Performed By The Contractor Is Indicated In The Sopz Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
