Part 1: Comprehensive Organization And Conduct Of A Four-Day Foreign Study Visit In Germany (Berlin) For Project Participants Synergy Effect - Coordination Of Social Inclusion In Lubusz And 2 Representatives From The Ordering Party.1. Purpose Of The Visitthe Aim Of The Visit Is To Familiarize Participants With The Solutions Used In The Field Of Deinstitutionalization And Organization Of Social Services And To Learn Good Practices In Working With People With Special Needs. Participants Of The Visit Will Have The Opportunity To Learn About The Functioning Of Institutions/Entities Involved In The Organization Of Social Services Aimed At, Among Others, To Older People, People With Disabilities In Crisis Of Homelessness And Addicts. An Important Point Will Also Be The Opportunity To Learn About The Methods Of Cooperation Of Local Government Units With Entities Organizing And Providing Social Services.2. Location Of The Visit: Germany (Berlin)3. Date For Completion Of The Visit1) The Visit Must Take Place Within 3 Months After Signing The Contract, No Later Than November 30, 2026, It Covers Four Working Days Between Monday And Friday;2) The Exact Date Of Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned. The Study Visit Will Be Determined In Consultation With The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party Immediately After Concluding The Contract With The Contractor.4. Participants1) The Study Visit Is Addressed To Representatives And Volunteers Of: Social Welfare Organizational Units (Jops), Entities Working For Social Inclusion, Local Government Units (Lgu), Social Economy Entities (Pes), Social Enterprises (Ps) And Other Entities Implementing Social Policy Activities At The Local And Regional Level, Public, Private And Social Sector Entities Implementing Broadly Understood Tasks In The Area Of Social Policy, E.G.: Employment Services, Units Of The Education System, Culture, Health, Universities, Social Welfare Units Justice, Etc. From The Lubuskie Voivodeship.2) Number Of Participants In The Visit: 20 People And 2 Representatives Of The Ordering Party Supervising The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order (22 People In Total). The Cost Of The Above Persons (2 Representatives Of The Ordering Party) Constitutes The Organizational Cost Of The Contractor.3) The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Treat The Participants At Every Stage Of The Study Visit As An Inseparable Group (Transport, Accommodation, Meals, Etc.). The Recruitment Of Participants Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. The Deadline For Submitting The List Of Participants To The Contractor Will Be Determined At The Time Of Signing The Contract.
