The Subject Of The Order Under Part I Is The Supply Of Equipment For The Malucha Club Located In The City And Commune Of Piwniczna-Zdrój.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Services Accompanying The Delivery, I.E. Loading, Transport, Unloading (If Applicable) At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Subject Matter Specified In Detail In Annex 1 To The Specification, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Reports Without Any Comments.
