Overview INJAZ Lebanon is looking for an expert Lead Trainer to facilitate Package 1 of the Step-Up program. The trainer will deliver an interactive 7 days out of 10-day online track (3 hours per day / 30 hours total) targeting 36 creative participants split into two groups. The role focuses on helping participants build community-based business models, master digital marketing and AI tools, and develop clear employability profiles. Scope of Work The Package 1 - Section 1 Trainer will be responsible for the following activities: A. Technical Instruction & Curriculum Delivery Business Model Facilitation: Deliver modules on business model logic for creative products, value propositions, target audience mapping, and minimum viable cultural offers using mobile-first Arabic templates. Employability Skills: Guide participants through skills assessments, opportunity mapping, creative bios, CVs, work portfolios, personal pitches, and career action plans. B. Mentorship & Individual Support Mentoring 1-on-1 Support Sessions: Tailored 1-on-1 and small-group mentorship to assist 36 participants in completing their Value Proposition, Professional Offer, CV/Portfolio, and Career/Organizational Plan, spanning approximately 50 total hours.
