About Step Up The Step-Up regional program, supported by Action for Hope and implemented by INJAZ Lebanon for the training component, is designed to support 36 marginalized youth working in cultural, creative, and crafts-related fields across Lebanon, Jordan, and Palestine. The program aims to turn artistic, digital, and technical skills into realistic, community-based livelihood opportunities through structured online learning and applied on-the-job training. Overview INJAZ Lebanon is looking for an expert Lead Trainer to facilitate Package 1 of the Step-Up program. The trainer will deliver an interactive 3 Days out of 10-day online track (3 hours per day / 30 hours total) targeting 36 creative participants split into two groups. The role focuses on helping participants build community-based business models, master digital marketing and AI tools, and develop clear employability profiles. Scope of Work The Package 1 - Section 2 Trainer will be responsible for the following activities: A. Technical Instruction & Curriculum Delivery Marketing & AI Tools: Teach branding, storytelling, social media planning, ethical communication, and practical AI tools for creative content generation and market research. B. Mentorship & Individual Support Mentoring 1-on-1 Support Sessions: Individualized 1-on-1 and small-group mentorship to assist participants in completing their Visibility Plan, totaling an estimated 50 hours across 36 participants. Contextual Guidance: Adapt exercises and feedback to suit creative work, crafts, freelance services, performances, and exhibitions. C. Documentation & Reporting Assessment Management: Administer pre-training needs surveys and pre-/post-test evaluations to measure knowledge gain. Daily Records: Collect verified attendance and engagement sheets for all groups. Final Handover: Submit session recordings, participant deliverables, and a comprehensive trainer report within 10 working days of completion. Regional & Cultural Expertise: At least 5 years of MENA-based experience in exhibition curation and music production. Demonstrated success in collaborating with local communities and creative practitioners on traditional instrument showcases. Sector Expertise: Solid, demonstrable experience in business development, digital marketing, AI tools, and employability within the cultural and creative industries.
