Expression of Interest for Implementing Partner for Skills Development, Coaching and Mentorship under the Ultra-Poor Graduation (UPG) Model. Location: Kigali Deadline: Thursday, 06/08/2026 17:00 World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programmes in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2026-2030 seek to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection, and Education. World Vision International, Rwanda hereby invites all competent and reputable company specialized in the Implementing Partner for Skills Development, Coaching, and Mentorship under the Ultra-Poor Graduation (UPG) Model. Participation in the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field. Instructions to bidders: All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). No hard-copy submissions will be accepted. Interested bidders must express interest through the provided LINK, no later than 06/08/2026 at 5:00 PM An email will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest, granting access to the Tender documents on the date to be indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa).
