The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Social Services In The Form Of Individual Door-To-Door Transport Social Taxi To The Participants Of The Project Entitled Social Services Center In The Strzyżewice Commune. The Service Is Addressed In Particular To Older People, People With Disabilities And People Requiring Support In Moving Independently. The Service Includes Picking Up The Participant From Their Place Of Residence, Assistance In Getting To The Vehicle, Getting In And Out, Transport To The Indicated Destination, Possible Stopover And Waiting For The Participant, And Return Transport. Trips May Be Provided In Particular To Health Care And Rehabilitation Facilities, Offices, Pharmacies, Social Service Facilities, Places Of Educational, Cultural And Integration Activities, As Well As Places Of Religious Worship, Religious Buildings, Cemeteries And Memorial Sites. The Service Is Supporting And Accompanying, And Its Aim Is To Increase Participants Access To Social, Health, Rehabilitation, Administrative, Educational, Cultural And Activation Services And To Counteract Social And Communication Exclusion. The Detailed Scope, Method Of Organization, Standard Of Implementation, Requirements For Personnel And Vehicles, And Rules For Documenting And Settling Services Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.8.1.2. It Would Require Parallel Coordination Of The Activities Of Several Contractors, The Use Of Separate Trip Reporting Systems And Each Time Determining Which Contractor Is Responsible For The Implementation Of A Specific Trip.
