Expression of Interest for Pool of Economic Justice and Livelihoods Experts. Closing Date: Thursday, 13. It is a member of Oxfam International, an international confederation of 17 organisations working together in 98 countries with partners and other allies around the world. Oxfam focuses its activities on providing a comprehensive response to poverty, working cohesively in the four areas that constitute its identity: development cooperation, humanitarian action, faire trade, social mobilization, campaigns and education for global citizenship. Oxfams Economic Justice Programme in Lebanon aims to support the development of an inclusive economic model that supports local businesses while providing durable solutions for the countrys marginalized women, men and people with diverse SOGIESC, including refugee, migrant and host communities. Merging economic development and decent working conditions, the programme aims at ensuring that needs attainment for small enterprises and vulnerable individuals are strengthened to withstand crises and shocks. The focus on both the demand and supply sides of the economy ensures a comprehensive approach: MSMEs receive vital technical and financial support, while job seekers acquire relevant skills tailored to the markets needs. Oxfam in Lebanon is conducting a call to establish a Roster of Experts who may be engaged in future Economic Justice projects, subject to proposal approval and donor funding. Objective of the Call: We aim to identify qualified and experienced professionals with a background in providing coaching, training, mentorship and technical support to MSMEs, job seekers, and/or supporting entrepreneurship opportunities for inclusion in our database of experts, in order to strengthen our project proposals and ensure timely mobilization of qualified personnel once funding is secured. Inclusion in the consultant pool does not constitute a contractual obligation but allows the organization to directly select and contract suitable consultants upon project award. Areas of Expertise (Indicative, Not Limited To) We welcome applications from professionals with expertise in areas such as: Business Development Expert Business Coach Business Planning Trainer Career/Apprenticeship mentor/coach MSMEs Expert Business support Curriculum Developer Outreach Officer Outreach Specialist Disability-Inclusive Specialist Capacity Building Expert Quality assurance and product development specialist Employability skills trainer Soft skills/ life skills trainer Financial education trainer E-commerce and online market access expert Digital marketing specialist Food safety expert Eligibility Criteria Interested consultants should demonstrate: Relevant academic qualifications At least 2-3 years of professional experience in their field Experience working with NGOs/INGOs and/or donor-funded projects (e.g., UN agencies, ILO, KFW, EU, etc.)) Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver high-quality outputs Excellent Arabic and good English languages skills Good understanding of livelihood interventions, labour markets, and barriers to employment in Lebanon Digital literacy and experience using online facilitation platforms Desirable: Experience working with marginalized groups (youth, women, persons with disabilities) ILO-certified SYIB and Financial Education training Experience working with businesses in the Food and Beverages (F&B) Industry We look forward to receiving your CV.
