Tenders are invited for Project Development Officer - Caracas 2. Coordination and External Relations Develop external communication materials and success stories to showcase the impact of humanitarian interventions. Ensure all operational activities strictly adhere to corporate visibility plans required by donors. Participate in external coordination meetings to strengthen strategic partnerships with other humanitarian sector actors. 3. Resource Management (FLATS) Human Resources: Facilitate communication and the flow of technical information between the programs, finance, and logistics departments. Logistics: Ensure all contractual documentation, proposals, and reports are properly digitally archived. Finance: Monitor compliance with critical reporting deadlines to avoid delays in disbursement requests. 4. Quality and Development Monitor new funding opportunities daily that align with the national disaster response strategy. Coordinate with program and support teams to gather data and lessons learned for the formulation of future projects. Support the identification and due diligence processes for local partners to promote the localization agenda in humanitarian response. Requirements Mandatory: Degree in: Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Humanities, or related fields. Proven experience in the humanitarian sector, focused on developing technical proposals and managing relationships with institutional donors. Knowledge of international donor funding guidelines for emergency response. Demonstrated ability to write technical reports and proposals in both Spanish and English. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office for data management and document drafting. COMPETENCIES: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines in dynamic emergency environments. Results-oriented with high precision in deliverables to ensure donor satisfaction. Proactive approach to knowledge management and aptitude for multidisciplinary collaborative work. Conditions Service contract based on professional fees for a 3-month period, with the possibility of renewal subject to budget availability and performance. Work location: Acted office in Caracas. Professional fees in accordance with the organizations pay scale.
