Laboratory, Optical And Precision Equipments (Excl. Glasses) – Design, Manufacture, Delivery And Assembly Of A New S4 Segment Of The Vacuum Chamber Of The Test Stand. 1. Subject Of The Order: Design, Construction, Delivery And Assembly Of A New S4 Segment Of The Vacuum Chamber Of The Research Stand, Hereinafter Referred To As S4 Segment). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Remaining Terms Of The Order Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 4. Attention! Before Submitting The Offer, The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor Make A Local Visit To The Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Order To Become Familiar With Its Specificity And Scope. Participation In The Site Visit Is Optional. The Site Visit Should Be Carried Out At The Contractors Own Expense. To Participate In The On-Site Visit, Please Submit An Application For Participation In The On-Site Visit To The E-Mail Addresses Provided In The Swz. 5. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Using The Option In The Scope Of Drilling A Hole, Welding A Flange And Installing A Dn300 Process Connection In The Amount Of 5 Pieces Specified As A Spare In The Table List Of Standards For Cost Estimation In Chapter 3.3 Of The Opz, In The Indicated Location On The S4 Segment On The Ordering Partys Premises. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Place Partial Orders For The Above-Mentioned Items. Quantities As Needed. The Detailed Rules Of The Option Are Specified In The Procedure Documents.
