Tenders are invited for Provide training on MEAL under South Sudan women economic empowerment project CARE International is implementing activities under Component 1 - Community Empowerment Support to Women and Girls using the VSLA Plus Approach, which forms part of the South Sudan Womens Social and Economic Empowerment Project (SSWSEEP) in partnership with UN Women with funding from the world bank through the Ministry of gender, child and social welfare (PMU). SSWSEEP is a government-led initiative implemented by the Ministry of Gender, Child and Social Welfare (MGCSW) with support from the World Bank. The project runs from August 2025 to August 2026, supporting 30,000 individuals: 17,600 women, 4,400 adolescent girls using VSLA plus approach as a framework as well as 6,400 men and 1,600 adolescent boys as male champion The overall goal of the project is to Increase women and adolescent girls access to livelihood, entrepreneurial, and GBV services. It is envisioned to achieve the following output; a) Output 1: Women and adolescent girls are organized into new village, savings and loans associations (VSLAs) and empowered through the VSLA-plus approach to strengthen their economic voice, build financial resilience, and engage in peacebuilding and community decisionmaking; b) Output 2: Women and adolescent girls are supported through progressing and mature groups to strengthen business capacity and implement sustainable income generating activities (IGAs), and c) Output 3: Men and adolescent boys were supported to demonstrate the importance of investing in women to access markets and trade Tender Link : https://comms.southsudanngoforum.org/c/tenders
