The Subject Of The Award Procedure Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Regarding Event Management Services, In Particular The Conception, Preparation, Implementation And Follow-Up Of Events Such As (I) Specialist Conferences/Symposiums With Up To 500 Participants In Presence And Hybrid (Ii) Ceremonial Award Events (Awarding People, Projects Or Achievements) (Iii) Other Event Formats: Round Tables With And Without Media Representatives, Networking Meetings, Specialist Excursions, Visits From Delegations Abroad, Trade Fair Stands, Etc. The Aim Of This Award Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Company From Which The Ag Can Access The Event Management Services (I) Usually In The Form Of Annual Work Programs, (Ii) But - In Addition To Requests In The Form Of Annual Work Programs - Also On An Event/Project Basis (Basically Related To Specific Events).
