I. Part 1 - Comprehensive Organization And Conduct Of A Two-Day, National Study Visit In The Field Of Active Reintegration To The Lower Silesian Voivodeship For Project Participants Synergy Effect - Coordination Of Social Inclusion In Lubusz And 2 Representatives From The Ordering Party.1. Scope Of Service The Study Visit Program Covers Two Days During Which Meetings Will Be Held At Least: 6 Social Economy Entities/Institutions/Pes/Ps (Min. 1.5 Hours In One Entity). The Program Should Take Particular Account Of:  The Functioning Of Social Economy Entities, Including Cis And/Or Zaz And/Or Kis And/Or Wtz Reintegration Entities; Functioning Of Social Economy Entities, Including Social Enterprises: Social Cooperatives, Foundations, Associations;  Functioning Of Entities/Institutions In The Province. Lower Silesia, Which Stand Out For Their Activities And Are Worth Visiting, E.G. Social Services Center (Cus), Senior Club, Entities/Institutions Providing Assisted Living/Training, Providing Respite Care. A) The Contractor Is Obliged To: Independently Set The Dates And Organize Meetings With Relevant Entities/Institutions, In Accordance With The Framework Schedule Developed In Cooperation With The Ordering Party;  Make Arrangements Any Changes In The Program With The Ordering Party;  Ensuring Full Organizational Support For The Visits, Including Covering The Costs Of: Speakers Salaries, Meeting Rooms (If Applicable), Refreshments, Coffee Breaks And Other Logistic Costs Related To The Implementation Of Study Visits;  Preparing And Presenting To The Ordering Party A Detailed Program Of The Visit No Later Than 14 Days Before Its Commencement - This Program Must Be Approved By The Ordering Party.
