Fleet Management, Repair And Maintenance Services – Launch And Operation Of The Opole City Bike In The City Of Opole. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Launch And Operation Of The Opole City Bike, Hereinafter Referred To As Orm, In The City Of Opole. When Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor In Particular: 1) Will Prepare And Agree With The Ordering Party The Designs Of: A) Bicycles That Will Be Made Available To Orm Customers, B) Visualization Of Bicycle Station Totems And Signs Of Orm Parking Spaces Enabling The Rental Or Return Of Bicycles, C) Documents Specifying The Rights And Obligations Of Customers And The Contractor, In Particular The Regulations For The Use Of Orm And The Necessary Documents Regarding The Personal Data Protection Policy, D) The Orm Website, E) The Location Of Bicycle Stations And Designs For Changing The Traffic Organization (If Any). Necessary); 2) Prepare And Equip Orm With The Infrastructure Necessary For Proper Functioning, Including: Bicycle Stations (Totems, Bicycle Racks, Hardening The Surface With Concrete Blocks, Bicycles, Software); 3) Will Launch And Run The Customer Service Office (Csc); 4) Train Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Use Of Orm And The Control And Acquisition Of Data From The Orm It System; 5) Will Perform A Trial Run, Launch And Operate The Orm During The Term Of The Agreement, Taking Into Account The Time Requirements Described In § 2 Of The Agreement; 6) Will Dismantle The Infrastructure Located In The Public Space Of Opole, Taking Into Account The Requirements Described In § 2 Section 4 Agreements; 7) Immediately After The End Of Orms Operation, It Will Inform All Orm Customers Electronically About The End Of Orms Operation And Will Refund Financial Settlements With Orms Customers. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Can Be Found In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting An Annex To This Specification Of Terms Of Order. Order Completion Date: From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 22, 2028 (Planned Date Of Signing The Contract - August 1, 2026), With The Following: 1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Launch The Orm Within ... Days From The Date Of Signing The Agreement (Depending On The Orm Launch Date Criterion Offered In The Offer). 2. The Contractor Is To Operate The Orm In Three Seasons, I.E. From The Date Specified In The Contract To November 30, 2026 And From March 1, 2027 To November 30, 2027 And From March 1, 2028 To November 30, 2028. 3. After The End Of The Third Season Of The Agreement, I.E. After November 30, 2028, The Contractor Is Obliged To Dismantle Within 14 Days From The Date Of Completion Of The Rental Service Of All Infrastructure Related To Orm, With The Exception Of Hardening Works And Installed Inverted U-Shaped Stands. 4.
