Tenders are invited for Purchase, Installation, Training and Startup of X-Ray Fluorescence. Please delegate your agent/representative in Egypt to purchase the bid book with an amount 100 EURO (Only One Hundred EURO) (or its equivalent in EGP) Bid bond value: 3000 EURO (only Three thousand EURO) (or its equivalent in EGP). Scope of Supply: 1.1. Sequential wavelength dispersive X-Ray stationary Spectrometer for fast, accurate and rellable analysis for.multi elemental ranging from Na to U, complete witty relevant programs necessary for examine the whole element shown in the atlached Appendix and the applications shown in item 2.2. 1.2.-1 pc fusion furnace sutable to prepare samples for X-Ray fluorescence examination. 1.3- Technical support including supervision of erection, commissioning, acceptance tests, on-site training,. 1.4-2 sets of complete technical documents. 2- Technical Conditlons to be Met: 2.1- Analysis and concentration ranges (see enclosed Appendix): 2.1.1- From Na to U. 2.1.2- Quantitative analysis 2.1.3 - From ppm to 100%. 2.2-Applications: 2.2.1 - Factory calibration for: - All refractories such as slag, clay, dolomite, lime stone, bentonite, sand, Feld spar, bauxile, magnesite, fire brick, silica brick, sillimanite, bricks, cement, mortar, phosphates and for Zr02 mortar -All ferro alloys such as (Fe Mn (high, medium and low carbon) Fe P,Fe Cr (high and low Carbon), Fe Mo, Fe W, Fe Ti, Fe Si Mg, Fe Si) - Alloys (NI, Cu, AI, Zrn, Sn) - steel (high and low alloy) and cast Iron 2.2.2- Including drift correction samples for maintenance of calibration curves (setting up samples). 2.2.3- Multi - elements wide range oxides. 2.3- Sample form: - Solids, powder, pressed powder, fused beads, paste, coats & film. 2.4- Spectrometer: 2.4.1- The unit should be and equipped with the needed analyzer crystal for analyzing range starling from Na to U 2.4.2- Suitable flow proportional & scintillation detectors with their associated counting electronics. 2.4.3-Automatic collimators changers providing most optimized resolution over the whole spectral range (fine, intermediate andcoarse). 2.4.4 - Equipped with direct optical position encoder sensing goniometer. 2.4.5- Internal thermal stabilization for crystal and spectrometer. 2.4.6- Shutter for Hellum Atmosphere for safe operation of liquid samples as well as a fast vacuum to decrease Helium consumption. 2.4.7- Automatic sample changer for 12 samples or more. 2.4.8- Programmable / automatic spinning of sample in analysis position. 2.4.9 - Microprocessors & electronics control with complete data acquisition. 2.4.10- The unit should be equipped with system to clean-up any residual particles from analyzing samples. 2.4.11 - Vacuum sealing system. 2.4.12-Ability to upgrade with new 2.5 X-Ray tube and generator: w crystal if needed in the future. Qureme 2.5.1- Rh-anode end windows x-ray tube for long operating life time with thin Be window. 2.5.2-PC control for the generalor. parameters. 2.5.3- Life time of X-ray tube 5 years or 50000 working hours minimum 2.5.4-X- ray generator 1 kw at least. 2.5.5- suitable Cooling system. 2.6- Goniometer: 2.6.1 - High reproducibility for angular position. 2.6.2- Fast angular scanning to allow fast qualitative scanning. 2.7- Software: 2.7.1 - Windows 10 operating system or higher. 2.7.2- Qualitative analysis with automatic identification XRF lines. 2.7.3-Quantitative analysis. 2.7.4 - Multi - variable regression program for establishing calibration curves. 2.7.5- Correction of matrix effects. 2.7.6-Correction for overlaps of XRF lines. 2.7.7- Standardless software together with reference samples. 2.7.8- providing the devices software in case it is needed later if the existing one is destroyed for 5 years minimum. 2.8- Computer: - must be fully compatible with the x-ray analyzer, including, its operating software, hardware interfaces, and all system requirement as specified by the manufacturer 2.9 Origin of manufacture: 2.9.1- as attached in the point system 2.9.2- Scope of the technical documents shallinclude certificates of origin. 2.10-reference list as attached in the point system. 2.11 Acceptance: curem - the equipment shall be accepted after operation for one month without any failure or break down of the system. Performance validation: during the commissioning and acceptance phase the suppller is mandatory required to perform validation test using standard samples covering ranges mentioned in the appendix, final acceptance of the equipment is strictly containing open the systems ability to meet the specified performance criteria. And the accuracy must align with the certified values within the international acceptance tolerance for each matrix element range specified in the attached appendix. 3 Offers Evaluation Technique Offers will undergo a two-step lechnical evaluation system as follows: step1: Offers are examined in accordance with HIF specification (as a must). Those offers which comply with tender specification shall pass to the Step 2 while the others not in comply are rejected. step2: Accepted offers in the step 1 are to be evaluated using a" Point system" intended for the purpose. 4 -Warranty and support - As attached in the point system. - technical support availability. - maintenance and service after sale for 5 years. - providing spare parts for 5 years. 5- installatlon. The supplier shall perform Installation and system setup Full system testing and validation must be completed. - Operational qualification to ensure system readiness 6 - training. On-site training for operators. Basic troubleshooting guidance Training materials must be provided. 7 -Documentation. User manuals - Maintenance manuals. - Calibration cerlificates (if applicable).
