The Subject Of The Tender Process Is The Procurement Of A Software Solution (Testing Component) For The Standardized And Automated Checking Of Service Invoices In Integration Assistance In Accordance With Sgb Ix, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Federal Participation Act (Bthg). The Aim Of Procurement Is To Standardize The Processing And Checking Of Incoming Billing Data By Using A Digitally Supported, Rule-Based Solution, To Make It More Transparent And To Sustainably Reduce Manual Checking Effort. The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular The Development Of A Powerful Testing Component As Part Of An Agile, Iterative Process Model, Which Ensures The Structured Receipt, Validation, Transformation, Technical Testing As Well As The Traceable Logging And Forwarding Of Test Results. In Addition, The Order Includes The Provision Of Services For Software Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Support And Further Development Of The Solution Over A Period Of Eight Years As Part Of A Software Service, Taking Into Account Defined Service Level Agreements (Sla). Optionally, The Provision And Operation Of The Software Solution Is Provided As Part Of A Hosting Model, Including The Necessary Infrastructure Services, System Monitoring And Compliance With Recognized Information Security Standards (E.G.
