Public Transport Services By Railways – Central German S-Bahn Network Ii. The Aim Is To Provide Scheduled Transport Services In Local Rail Passenger Transport Amounting To Approximately 7.3 Million Train Kilometers Per Year. A. On The Following Lines: • S 2: Dessau – Bitterfeld – Leipzig – Markkleeberg-Gaschwitz, • S 7: Eilenburg – Delitzsch – Halle (Saale) – Lu. Eisleben – Sangerhausen, • S 8: Dessau/Lu. Wittenberg – Bitterfeld – Halle (Saale), • Re 13: Magdeburg – Dessau – Leipzig, • Rb 51: Dessau – Lu. Wittenberg – Falkenberg (Elster), • Re 14: Dessau – Lu. Wittenberg In Addition, The Following Operating Services, Which Can Be Commissioned Optionally, Are Provided For In This Contract: • The Provision Of Transport Services On The Line Rb 52 Magdeburg Hbf – Dessau Hbf With A Volume Of Approx. 0.7 Million Train Kilometers Per Year. A (Option 1), • The Provision Of Transport Services On The Line S 22 Leipzig Hbf – Delitzsch Ctc With A Volume Of Approx. 0.19 Million Train Kilometers Per Year. A. (Option 2), • The Provision Of Transport Services To Consolidate The Rb 51 Line To An Hourly Frequency In The Lutherstadt Wittenberg – Falkenberg Section With A Volume Of Approx. 0.27 Million Train Kilometers Per Year. A. (Option 3) • The Provision Of The Contractual Transport Services In The Timetable Year 2046 (Option 4). The Decision To Commission These Optional Operating Services Is Made By The Respective Authority Concerned: The State Of Saxony-Anhalt For Option 1, The Special Purpose Association For The Leipzig Local Transport Area For Option 2 And The State Of Saxony-Anhalt And The State Of Brandenburg For Option 3 With The Award Of The Contract. The Optional Operating Services Will Begin At The Earliest With The Timetable Change In December 2031 (14/12/2031) And At The Latest With The Timetable Change In December 2032 (12/12/2032). Information About The Time At Which The Optional Operating Services Begin Operations Will Be Provided When The Contract Is Awarded.
