The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Ensure That Nkoms Need For External Contributions Is Met When The Capacity And Competence Of Its Own Employees Is Not Sufficient, Especially In Tasks Related To Security And Preparedness. The Need Can Appear At Relatively Short Notice, And Be Of Both Shorter And Longer Duration, Depending On The Project/Task In Question. Nkom Therefore Wishes To Enter Into Cooperation With Some Selected Actors Who Can Offer A Breadth Of Different Expertise, Including In-Depth Technical Knowledge, Regulatory Understanding, And The Ability To Work With Critical Infrastructure, Preparedness And Security. An Agreement Must Be Entered Into With Up To 5 Suppliers Per Subject Area. The Need Is Mainly Expected To Be Associated With The Security Department And New Emergency Network, But Other Departments In Nkom Can Also Call Off The Agreement. Nkom Does Not Expect A Provider To Be Able To Deliver Offers In All The Subject Areas Described Below. There Is Still An Opportunity To Submit Offers In Several Areas, If The Offeror Has The Capacity And Expertise To Cover More Than One Specialist Area. Necessary Competence/Experience Must Be Met Within The Subject Areas For Which Offers Are Submitted. The Offeror Must Specify Clearly Which Subject Area(S) Their Offer Covers. Through Cooperation With One Or More Providers, The Framework Agreement Will Apply To The Procurement Of Consulting Services Within The Following Professional Areas: Subject Area 1 - Safety And Preparedness Subject Area 2* - Trust Services Subject Area 3 - Technological Competence Subject Area 4 - Economics Subject Area 5 - Project Management * There Is Currently An Existing Agreement For Subject Area 2. Partial Contracts For This Subject Area Will Only Start At The End Of The Existing Agreement, Which Is At The End Of 2026. Within These Areas, Different Skills Are In Demand. Appendix 1 Contains An Overview Of The Necessary Competence/Experience Related To Each Area. The Clients Detailed Description Of The Delivery Follows From Ssa-R Appendix 1.
