1. For The Purposes Of The Proceedings, The Name Of The Proceedings Was Shortened. The Full Name Of The Procedure Is: Providing Comprehensive Services For The Implementation Of Eviction Judgments From Residential Premises Without The Right To Social Rent, With The Provision Of Transport, Storage Space, Temporary Premises And Legal Services, Along With The Release Of The Abandoned And Vacated Premises To The Ordering Party.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Comprehensive Implementation Of Eviction Judgments From Residential Premises Included In The Housing Stock Of The City Of Katowice, Indicated By The Ordering Party In Individual Orders, In Which The Court Ordered The Defendants To Vacate And Vacate The Premises Without Granting The Defendants The Right To Social Rent The Premises, With The Provision Of Transport, Storage Space, Temporary Premises And Legal Services Along With The Release Of The Abandoned And Vacated Premises. To The Ordering Party.3. The Order Includes: Basic Order - Up To 25 Cases, Minimum Guaranteed Scope Of The Order - 15 Cases, Option Right - Up To 25 Further Cases. 4. Each Service Will Be Performed On The Basis Of A Written Order Prepared According To The Template Constituting An Annex To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz), Sent To The Contractor By E-Mail. The Order Will Specify In Particular: 1) The Designation Of The Court Judgment, The Date Of The Judgment, The Reference Number Of The Files And The Date Of Granting The Enforcement Clause, 2) The Designation Of The Persons Covered By The Enforcement Title, 3) The Address Of The Premises, Its Description, Location, Square Footage, Number Of Rooms And Information About The Adjacent Rooms, 4) The Current Stage Of The Case, Including The Designation Of The Bailiff And The Reference Number Of The Enforcement Proceedings, If Initiated, 5) Information About The Persons Residing In The Premises According To The State Knowledge Of The Ordering Party,6) List Of Documents Provided To The Contractor.5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Appear At The Headquarters Of Kzgm Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Sending The Scan Of The Order, During The Working Hours Of The Plant, In Order To Sign The Order, Collect The Original Writ Of Execution Or Its Copy - If The Case Is Already At The Stage Of Enforcement Proceedings - And Collect Powers Of Attorney. The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: 1) Submit To The Competent Court Bailiff Complete Enforcement Applications Signed By A Professional Attorney, In The Scope Of Both Eviction, As Well As Costs Assessed By The Writs Of Execution, And Representing The Ordering Party In The Course Of Further Proceedings; 2) Joining, With The Participation Of A Professional Attorney, Enforcement Proceedings Already Initiated By The Ordering Party And Their Further Conduct; 3) Representing The Ordering Party In The Course Of Enforcement And Court Proceedings Initiated In C
