It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Application Specialist As A Service (Team Delivery). Description Of The Assignment The Consultants Will Carry Out Management Of The Regions Healthcare System. The Work Involves Implementing Decided Changes To The Existing Configuration As Well As Preparing And Configuring New Modules And Functions. The Work Is Carried Out In Teams Together With The Regions Employees And Includes: Ongoing Case Management And Troubleshooting Planned Changes That Are Carried Out On A Sprint Basis Practical Configuration Tasks Such As Setting Up New Units, Configuring Processes, Connecting Integrations And Setting Up Templates, As Well As Carrying Out Tests During System Upgrades Development Of Processes And Technical Frameworks For Automation, Including Configuration Scripts, Deploy Pipelines And Automated Documentation Of System Configuration. Expectations The Region Does Not Require Consultants To Have Prior Knowledge Of The Regions Care System At The Start Of The Contract — Training Is Provided By The Region. The Region Is Looking For Consultants Who Are Driven, Committed And Take Responsibility For Their Work. Great Importance Is Placed On Collaboration Skills And Communication, As The Work Takes Place In Close Dialogue With The Regions Employees. The Consultants Are Expected To Work Structured And Efficiently Within The Team. Purpose And Description Of The Assignment The Assignment Includes Work Within Both Ongoing System Management And Further Development Of Working Methods, Processes And Technical Frameworks Linked To The Regions Care System. The Purpose Is To Ensure Stable And Quality-Assured Management At The Same Time As The Degree Of Automation And Efficiency Is Gradually Increased. Over Time, The Region Wishes To Establish A Consultant Pool That Can Be Up To Eight - Ten Consultants Who Together Form A Basis That Can Staff And Reinforce When Needed Peaks. Occupancy And Allocation Total Volume Refers To 4 Full-Time Total Volume Outside The Holiday Period Must Correspond To Four (4) Full-Time/Fte Holiday Periods, Mid-June To Mid-August, One (1) Full-Time/Fte No Resource Below 50% In The Assignment During An Ongoing Assignment. The Assignment Is Initially Staffed With Four (4) Consultants, Where Three (3) Resources Are Junior Consultants And One (1) Senior Consultant Acts As Mentor And Team Leader For The Team.
