The Transport Must Take Place On Time. Transport Must Be Carried Out Using Suitable Motor Vehicles/Buses1 On All Days Specified In Appendix 3 - Timetable (Monday - Saturday; Sunday Optional). Before Carrying Out The Order, The Contractor Coordinates With The City Of Bad Aibling Or The Tendering Authority Aib-Kur Gmbh & Co. Kg And Gets An Idea Of ​​The Situation On Site. In Particular, It Must Be Ensured That The Driver Is Not Allowed To Drive As Long As He/She Or Members Of His/Her Household Suffer From A Communicable Disease Within The Meaning Of The Infection Protection Act. In Particular, The Contractor Must Comply With The Regulations Of Section 9 Bokraft. The Contractor Ensures That The Requirements Of The General Equal Opportunities Act And Comparable Regulations Are Sufficiently Known And Consistently Observed. The Contractor Is Obliged To Commission A Suitable Person To Coordinate The Transport Service (Transportation Management). It Is The Task Of The Dispatcher To Be The Clients Contact Person At Any Time During The Journey In Case Of Doubt In Order To React Appropriately To The Situation.
