The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A System For Sample Preparation Using An Ion Beam, Including The Preparation Of A Cross-Section With Optical Analysis And An Automatic High-Vacuum Sputtering Machine For Coating Samples With A Layer Of Precious Metals And Carbon. 2. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of The Following Evidence Together With The Offer To Confirm That The Offered Delivery Meets The Requirements And Features Described In This Tor. List Of The Relevant Means Of Evidence: A) Technical Description(S), Technical Specifications (Technical And Operational Documentation) Or Manufacturers Catalog(S) Allowing For The Assessment Of Compliance Of The Offered Device And Its Components And Their Parameters, B) Ce Certificate/Declaration For The Offered Device, C) Vpat (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) Accessibility Declaration Or Manufacturers Declaration Of Compliance With The En 301 549 Standard Or Another Equivalent Document Confirming The Fulfillment Of Functional Accessibility Requirements, D) Documents Covering User Interface Functionalities, Accessibility Of Digital Content And Compatibility With Supporting Tools - If Applicable, E) Documents Regarding Equivalent Solutions - In Accordance With Chapter Ii – If Applicable.
