The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform, As Part Of The Ongoing Technical Maintenance Of Real Estate, Construction Works And Services In Emergency Situations, In Particular In The Event Of A Threat To Life, Health Or Property, Including Troubleshooting, Restoring The Technical Efficiency Of Installations, Devices And Building Elements, As Well As Performing Minor Repairs And Maintenance Works To Ensure The Proper Operation Of The Facilities And To Prevent And Increase Damage.2. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Following May Be Performed In Particular: 1) General Construction And Roofing Works, Consisting In Removing Failures And Their Effects, As Well As Securing Building Elements By Performing Ad Hoc Repairs, In Particular: - Walls, Ceilings, Balconies, - Window And Door Joinery (Excluding Renovation), - Stairs, Balustrades And Other Structural And Finishing Elements, - Roof Coverings, Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters And Downspouts, 2) Repair Works Installation, Consisting In Removing Failures And Securing: - Gas Installations, - Water And Sewage Installations, - Electrical Installations, - Sanitary Installations And Other Installations Located In Buildings,3) Ongoing Maintenance, Including Performing Minor Construction Works And Repairs And Maintaining Facilities In A Condition Ensuring Their Proper And Safe Operation;4) Other Necessary Technical Activities Aimed At Securing The Site Of Failure Or Restoring The Basic Functionality Of Installations, Devices And Building Elements.3. The Detailed Location, Type And Scope Of Works Resulting From The Current Needs Related To Maintaining The Property In Technical Condition, And Which The Ordering Party Cannot Currently Predict, Will Be Determined Successively As They Occur, By Orders From The Ordering Partys Authorized Representatives.4. The Order Does Not Include Planned Renovations Or Investment Works.5. Mentioned In Section 2, Construction Works And Services Will Be Carried Out In Real Estate Of The Legnica Commune, In Particular In: 1) Municipal Buildings (In Premises And Common Areas) Administered By The Ordering Party; 2) Communal Premises Located In Buildings Of Housing Communities; 3) Real Estate Owned By Or In Perpetual Usufruct Of The Legnica Commune, Administered By The General Meeting And Under The Permanent Management Of The Ordering Party.
