Tenders Are Invited For Consultancy To Develop/ Deliver Community-Led Gbv Risk Mapping Training The Consultant Or Team Of Consultants Is Expected To 1) Develop And Deliver A Training On Community-Led Gbv Risk Mapping Through Fpar Approach For 36 Community Members And Leaders From 6 Communities (3 In Stung Treng Province And 3 In Ratanakiri Province), 2) Develop A Gbv Risk Mapping Handbook For Community To Implement, And 3) Provide Technical Assistance To 2 Communities In Conducting Gbv Risk Mapping At Their Respective Locations. Participants Will Be Already Pre-Selected For The Training And Include 6 Participants Per Community. Eligibility Essential Criteria At Least Bachelor Degree In Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Development Studies, Human Rights, Sociology, Or Related Field. Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Developing Programs For Training Using Interactive, Inclusive, And Participatory Methods. Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Conducting Research, Studies, Assessments, Or Analysis Through Feminist Approach. A Minimum Of Seven Years Of Relevant Experience In The Fields Of Gender Equality, Social Inclusion, And/Or Other Related Areas. Strong Understanding Of The Socio-Economic And Gender-Based Violence Context In Cambodia. Strong Understanding Of Feminist Theory And Feminist Approaches Excellent Facilitation And Communication Skills. Khmer And English Language Skills Essential.
