Hotel Services – Establishment Of A Multi-Supplier Hotel Panel For Bus Éireann. Bus Éireann Intends To Establish Qualification System For A Multi-Supplier Hotel Panel Nationally For The Provision Of Hotel Accommodation And Conference/Meeting Room Facilities To Support A Range Of Corporate And Operational Events Held Nationwide. The Panel Will Remain Open For A Period Of Eight Years. These Events May Include, But Are Not Limited To, Conferences, Annual Awards Events, Training Programmes, Meetings, And Other Business-Related Functions. The Services Required Under This Tender Include, But Are Not Limited To Overnight Accommodation Inclusive Of Breakfast, Conference Room Hire And Associated Facilities And Meeting Room Hire. Hotels Are Required To Submit An Annual Quotation For The Services Outlined Above. Rates Must Be Provided On A Monthly Rate As Set Out In The Pricing Schedule And Exclusive Of Vat. Bus Éireann Reserves The Right To Utilize The Services On An As-Required Basis, And No Guarantee Of Minimum Volumes Or Usage Is Implied Under This Panel.
