The Contract Includes Route Planning And Special Transport Of Children To/From Solsikken. Solsikken Is A Day Service For Both General Nurseries And Kindergartens, And For Children Checked In Accordance With Section 83 Of The Childrens Act, Cf. Executive Order No. 282 Of 17 March 2025. The Contract For Special Driving Can Be Used By Children Between The Ages Of 0 And 7 Who Have Been Checked For Special Driving Due To Significant And Permanent Reduced Physical Or Mental Functioning, With Special Need For Support. When A Child Is Searched For Special Driving, It Can Happen Both In Connection With Starting Up In Solsikken, But Also During The Course, If The Familys Situation Changes. Special Driving Is Granted Without A Known Stop Date Other Than The Printing Of The Daily Offer. Special Driving For The Individual Child Is Therefore Consecutive Until Otherwise Announced. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Ensure Efficient, Safe And Reliable Special Transport For Searched Children. The Children Must Be Transported To/From The Childs Address/Es In Guldborgsund Municipality And To/From Solsikken. The Supplier Must Carry Out The Route Planning On The Basis Of The Customers Database In The Form Of Information About The Childrens Needs, Including The Use Of Aids And Special Luggage, Address Lists, Arrival Times, Pick-Up Times, Etc. The Transport Time Must Be A Maximum Of 60 Minutes For The Individual Child. Passengers During The Special Drive May Only Be The Searched Children Who Are To Be Driven To/From Solsikken And Their Possible Companions. Special Driving For Children Must Be Carried Out On All Weekdays, Including The Three Weekdays Before Easter, The Day After Ascension Day And New Years Eve On 31 December. Periods Excepted For Special Driving Are Public Holidays, Constitution Day And Christmas Eve.
