A Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without An Obligation To Purchase. The Framework Agreement Comes With The Additional Option Of Granting All Special Conditions With A Binding Purchase Commitment And Market Share Regulation P. A. Completed By The Cooperation And Service Partners With A Maximum Of 2 Business Partners. The Retrieval Of Goods/Services Takes Place Through Separate Individual Orders From The Individual Cooperation Or Service Partners, Which Are Based On The Conditions Of This Contract.
