The Client Needs To Enter Into An Ongoing Service Agreement For The Purchase Of An Electronic Patient Record For Jæren Øyeblikkelig Hjelp (Hereafter Jøh) Which Covers Their Needs For Such A Solution. The Needs Are Described In The Competitions Requirements Specification. Municipal Acute Day Service (Kad) Is A Collaboration Between The Municipalities Of Klepp, Gjesdal, Time And Sandnes. The Offer Is Called Jæren Øyeblikkelig Hjelp (Jøh) And Is An Alternative To Admission To Hospital. The Department Has 13 Beds That Must Be Available To The Municipalities Residents Around The Clock, And Is Co-Located With Sandnes Emergency Room. Kad Is A 24-Hour Service With Health And Care Services For Residents Who Need Immediate Help As A Result Of Somatic Illness Or Mental Health And Substance Abuse Problems. The Purpose Of The Offer Is To Avoid Admission To The Specialist Health Service (Hospital) When This Is Not Necessary, Based On A Comprehensive Medical Assessment.
