Access Control System – Framework Arrangement For The Hardware And Installation Work Of The Abloy Os Access Control Systems In The Buildings Of The University Of Jyväskylä. The Target Of The Framework Arrangement Is The Access Control Systems Of The University Of Jyväskyläs Various Buildings With Their Installations In The Years 2026-2030. Three Suppliers Are Selected For The Framework Arrangement. The Winner Of The Competition Will Be Responsible For The Installation Work Of The Access Control Systems For The Year 2026, And In The Future The Installation Work And Equipment Will Be Tendered As Mini-Competitions, Either Building-By-Building Or As A Set Of Several Buildings, Among The Three Suppliers Selected For The Framework Arrangement Each Year. Access Control System Installation Work Is Carried Out In Buildings Or Their Parts. During The First Year Of The Framework Arrangement, The Plan Is To Renew The System In The Ylistönrinne Buildings (Ambiotica, Physics, Nanoscience Center, Laboratory Center) And In The Renovated Part Of The Agora Building In Mattilanniemi. The Preliminary Schedule By Building Can Be Found In The Procurement Object Criteria Section Of The Request For Tenders And In The Draft Procurement Contract. The Schedule Will Be Agreed In More Detail With The Selected Supplier. In The Following Years, The Access Control Systems Will Be Renewed In Other Buildings Of The University Of Jyväskylä Located In Jyväskylä At A Rate Of About Two Buildings Each Year. The Installation Of The Access Control System Is Done In The Existing Cabling Of The Current Access Control System (Esmikko 4) And The Central Devices Are Placed In Place Of The Central Devices Of The Current Access Control System. In The Renovations Of Agora And Ambiotica, The Installation Is Done In The Cabling According To The Electrical Plans, And The Central Devices Are Placed In The Premises According To The Electrical Plans. The Procurement Includes The Installation Of System Components, The Connection Work Of The Door Environment, The Configuration, Specification And Programming Work Of The Installed Devices, The Handover Documentation As Well As Service And Maintenance, As Well As Troubleshooting During The Warranty Period Of The Components, Which Is 24 Months. The Access Control System Is Delivered Fully Installed And Connected To The Abloy Os Access Control System On The Customers Existing Server. The University Uses The Abloy Os Access Control System In Some Of The Buildings On Seminaarinmäki. All Solutions, Services And Products Offered Must Be Compatible With The Existing System. The Maintenance Of The Access Control System Has Been Tendered In 2024, So The Maintenance Service Is Not Included In This Framework Arrangement.
