Scanners - Digital Pathology System. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Provision Of Supplies For The Digital Pathology System Consisting Of The Supply Of 1 (One) Piece Of Automated Biopsy Slide Assembly Machine And 1 (One) Piece Of Fully Automated Histological/Biopsy Slide Scanner Including Ims For The Management, Display And Processing Of Digitized Images For Clinical And Transplant Pathology Workplaces, Including The Complete Installation Of The Supplied Devices, As Well As Their Commissioning And Other Obligations Resulting From The Terms Of Reference Or Their Annexes. The Devices, As Well As All Material And Parts Of The Subject Of Performance, Must Be Brand New, Unused, Not Refurbished, Fully Functional, Of The Highest Quality Provided By The Manufacturer, Must Not Be Older Than 12 Months Before Their Delivery And Must Meet All Technical Parameters As Defined In Detail In Annex No. 14/A Of These Zp_Technical Specification Of The Bioptic Glass Assembly Machine And In Annex No. 14/B Of These Zp_Technical Specification Of The Scanner Biological Glasses. A Complete Set Of Accessories And Consumables For The Immediate Use Of Each Supplied Device Must Also Be Delivered To The Above-Mentioned Item Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, To Enable A Full-Fledged Instruction And To Carry Out A Complete Installation. The Subject Of The Vz Is Also The Provision Of Free Warranty Service For Both Devices And Subsequent Post-Warranty Service For The Duration Of Their Lifetime, Which Is Assumed To Be A Subsequent Period Of 10 Years. The Subject Of The Vz Is Also The Continuous Supply Of Goods - Consumables, I.E. Cover Glasses And Mounting Media (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Goods Or Szm) For The Bioptic Glass Assembly Machine For A Period Of 48 Months, More Specifically Specified In Appendix No. 14/C Of These Zp_Specification Of Consumables For The Bioptic Glass Assembly Machine (Technical Requirements) Szm. Sw Support Of The Devices For A Period Of 5 Years Is An Integral Part Of The Subject Of Performance.
