Tenders are invited for Solar Observatory and Qatar Energy HQ Exhibition This Scope of Services Details the Specific Activities, Timelines, Resources, and Quality Standards Required to Successfully Deliver All Three (3) Pilot Projects that is Divided into Two (2) Packages with De, Bond: QAR 1800000 Tender Issue Period: 02/02/26 - 08/02/26 Bid Closing Date: 15/03/26 Bond Validity: 12/08/26- (150) days from the Bid Closing Date Offer Validity: 13/07/26- (120) days from the Bid Closing Date Scope of Work/Description: This SCOPE OF SERVICES details the specific activities, timelines, resources, and quality standards required to successfully deliver all three (3) pilot projects that is divided into two (2) packages with defined scopes. The SCOPE OF SERVICES is structured to cover the entire project life cycle from conceptualization and design to installation, launch, and on going operations and maintenance of all Social Responsibility pilot projects. Package 1 - Solar Observatory and Qatar Energy HQ Exhibition Package 2 - Safety Campaign Program Solar Observatory: (Package 1) The Solar Observatory will serve as a permanent exhibition and educational space at three Solar Power Plants located in Al Kharsaah, RLIC, and MIC. Access will be limited to invited guests by Qatar Energy. It will provide Qatar Energy with a dedicated platform to disseminate information, raise awareness, and educate both internal and external stakeholders, primarily about solar energy, and secondarily about the integration of diverse energy sources to achieve a practical and sustainable energy mix. CONTRACTOR shall provide the Solar Observatory (at the three sites), as defined scope, with the following milestones: Design and develop content for the Solar Observatory. Supply, installation and launch of Solar Observatory Managing the Solar Observatory for three (3) years. Project handover before Completion of the Contract. Qatar Energy HQ Exhibition: (Package 1) Qatar Energy HQ Exhibition is an invitation-only permanent exhibition space, location at two designated locations within Qatar Energy Headquarters in Doha. It will showcase the companys identity, core values, business culture, and rich heritage through thoughtfully curated exhibits, engaging displays, and compelling narratives. CONTRACTOR shall provide the Qatar Energy HQ Exhibition project, as defined scope, with the following milestones: Design and develop content for the Qatar Energy HQ Exhibition Project. Supply, installation and launch of Qatar Energy HQ Exhibition Project Managing the Qatar Energy HQ Exhibition Project for three (3) years. Project handover before Completion of the Contract. Safety Campaign Program: (Package 2) Note: a) Tender documents for the above services/works/goods can be obtained from the Dates of Issue within the Tender Sale Period. Tender Issue Time ends at 2 PM (local time) of the Sale periods end date. b) Suppliers and Contractors who are already registered with Qatar Energy via e-Registration system and are in possession of a valid SAP ID issued by Qatar Energy can buy the Tender document online using the Buy Tender Online link within the Tender Issue Period indicated above. c) Requests for issuance of Tenders after the specified Tender Issue Period will not be entertained. Qatar Energy reserves its right, in its own discretion, to set and recall Tender Issue Periods. d) No queries will be entertained, or bids received, from entities who have not purchased tender documents in compliance with the above provisions. e) All prospective Contractors/suppliers interested to participate in Qatar Energy Tenders are required to register and obtain a Qatar Energy SAP Vendor Code, a mandatory requirement for the issue of Tender Document. f) All bidders shall ensure that the business/company name, contact persons and other details in all relevant documents to reflect the details as stated in the commercial registration documents. g) Bidders/Contractors, who are registered with Qatar Energy and possess a Qatar Energy SAP Vendor ID, shall with immediate effect ensure that any change to the vendor details is updated with Qatar Energy via e-Registration to ensure smooth processing of Tender, Contract and Payment related matters without any delay.
