As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Prepare Design Documentation, Including The Construction Design And Technical Design(S), Cost Estimate(S) Together With The Bill Of Quantities(S) Of The Works, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Together With Obtaining A Final Decision On The Construction Permit Or Notification Of The Works - For The Entire Scope Described In The Functional And Utility Program, Prepare The Documentation Of Natural Activities And Nature Reconnaissance/Screening, And Also Prepare The Material And Financial Schedule For Approval By The Ordering Party - Stage 1; 2) Perform Construction Works, Based On The Project Documentation - Cost Estimate, Developed And Approved By The Ordering Party, Referred To In Point (A). A) Above, And Obtaining A Valid Decision On A Building Permit Or Notification Of Works, And Obtaining A Valid Use Permit Or Notification Of Completion Of Works - Stage 2.3. From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Construction Site, The Contractor Is Responsible For All Events That Occur During The Execution Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Responsible For All Damage Caused To Anyone During Or In Connection With The Construction, Unless There Is No Causal Relationship Between The Performance Of The Works And The Damage Caused.
