The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment For A Complex Of Electrical, Energy, Robotics And Automation Laboratories In The Form Of: A Professional And Certified Set Of Tools And Equipment For The Assembly And Disassembly Of Machines, Electrical Devices And Installations, Pneumatic Installations And Devices, As Well As Industrial Automation Installations And Systems, Together With Modular Cabinets And Cuvettes. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Which Is Also A Description Of The Offered Equipment. Additional Information: Description Of The Offered The Equipment Should Be Submitted With The Offer, In Accordance With The Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. Additional Information: Description Of The Offered Equipment Should Be Submitted With The Offer, In Accordance With The Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.  The Description Of The Offered Equipment Will Not Be Supplemented If It Is Not Submitted, And Its Failure Will Result In Absolute Rejection Of The Offer, Pursuant To The Provisions Of Art. 226 Section 1 Point 2 Letter C) And/Or Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Constitutes A Means Of Evidence Confirming That The Offered Supplies Meet The Requirements, Features Or Criteria Specified By The Ordering Party, Referred To In The Provision Of Art. 106 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act. Contractors Should Confirm Compliance Of The Parameters Of The Offered Device With The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party On The Basis Of: Meets/Does Not Meet (Without The Need To Specify The Information). The Ordering Party Reserves That If The Original Description Of The Offered Equipment In The Items: Meets/Does Not Meet Turns Out To Be Incomplete Or Inaccurate, The Ordering Party Will Call On The Contractor To Submit Or Supplement The Offered Description Equipment, But In The Part Covering Only Those Items: Meets/Does Not Meet Which Were Filled In Incorrectly By The Contractor On The Date Of Submission Of Offers Or Were Not Completed At All.
