The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Food Products In Natural And Canned Form, For The Needs Of The Dg Evlampia Vekilova, The Municipal Unit Domeshen Social Patronage And Hot Lunch - Provided Under The Procedure For Direct Provision To The Bfp Under The Operational Program For Food And Basic Material Support 2021-2027, Under Separate Positions, As Follows: -Special Position No. 1: Delivery Of Meat, Meat Products And Fish; Milk And Milk Products; Frozen Vegetables And Preserves; Other Foodstuffs; -Special Position No. 2: Delivery Of Fresh Fruits And Vegetables; -Special Position No. 3: Delivery Of Bread And Bakery Products. The Groups Of Food Products And Their Quantities By Separate Items Are Specified In The Bill Of Quantities To The Technical Specifications. Pursuant To Order No. Н-1 Of 23.07.2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement, Promulgated State Gazette, No. 64 Of 30.07.2024, In Force From 14.08.2024, For The Supply Of Food Products (Milk And Milk Products, Meat And Meat Products, Fish And Fish Products, Cereal-Cereal Foods And Cereal-Based Foods, Vegetables And Fruits, Etc., According To Appendix No. 1 To Article 4 Of The Ordinance On Product Group: Food, Catering Services And Vending Machines For The Sale Of Food And Beverages - Food Delivery), The Contracting Authority Is Legally Obliged In 2026 And 2027 To Implement The Requirement For The Delivery Of Organic Food Products For No Less Than 4% For 2026, Resp. 5% For 2027 Of The Total Amount Of The Supply Of The Food Group, According To The List Of Organic Food Products From The Above-Mentioned Regulation. The Specified Quantities Of Organic Food Products Supplied May Be Provided By One Or More Of The Types Of Products Included In The List Of Organic Food Products For Each Individual Group The Order Should Be Executed In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Applicable Current Legislation, The Technical Specifications And The Conditions Of The Contracting Authority Important: Bidders May Submit Bids Only For Designated Items #1 And #2, And Each Bidder May Submit A Bid For One Or Both Of The Listed Designated Items. The Contracting Authority Does Not Set Limits On The Number Of Positions For Which An Offer Can Be Submitted. The Remaining Part Of The Order - Under Separate Item No. 3, Will Be Awarded Directly, In The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of The Latter, On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Law On Public Procurement - The Estimated Value Of The Allocated Item Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. ​​​​​​​
