The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Service Of Disabled Students Fulfilling Compulsory Schooling With A Guardian On The Białogard - Kowalki Route And Back In The Period From February 16, 2026 To December 31, 2026.1.1 Transport Of Disabled Students Fulfilling Compulsory Schooling With A Guardian On The Białogard - Kowalki Route And Back.1.1.1 The Service Includes Transport Of Disabled Students Fulfilling Compulsory Schooling And Studying With A Guardian. From The Town Of Białogard, I.E. From The Students Place Of Residence To The Rehabilitation, Education And Upbringing Center In Kowalki, Kowalki 21, 78-220 Tychowo And Back; 1.1.2 Transport Of Disabled Students With Their Guardian Will Take Place From Monday To Friday, Excluding Days Falling On School Holidays, In The Period From February 16, 2026 To December 31 2026;1.1.3 The Expected Number Of Students Is 8 And May Change, Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party;1.1.4 The Expected Number Of Journeys (Understood As There And Back) Is 226 And May Change, Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party;1.1.5 Pick-Up And Drop-Off Hours And Any Changes In Delivery Hours Will Be Agreed By The Contractor Directly With The Parents/Legal Guardians Of The Students Disabled People;1.1.6 The Contractor Must Provide At Least 1 Person To Take Care Of Students During Transport (An Adult Person Trained In First Aid). The Tasks Of The Guardian Include: • Ensuring Safety And Comfort During Boarding And Disembarkation; • Performing Basic Care And Grooming Activities For Children; • Eliminating Inappropriate Behavior That May Provoke Dangerous Situations While Driving; • Providing First Aid In The Event Of A Threat To Life Or Health; • The Guardian Watches Over Safety Of The Students From The Moment They Are Picked Up From Their Parents/Guardians Until They Are Handed Over To The Care Of An Employee Of The Institution;• After The End Of Classes, The Guardian Collects The Students From The Employee Of The Institution, Takes Care Of Them While The Child Is Traveling Home And Until The Child Is Handed Over To The Parents/Guardians;• While Disabled Students Are Under The Supervision Of The Guardian, He/She Is Responsible For Them.
