Comprehensive Organization And Service Of One 5-Day Foreign Study Visit To Finland (Helsinki) For 11 Representatives Of The Project Staff Implementing The Housing First Model As Part Of The Project Entitled Solving The Problem Of Homelessness In Łom - Comprehensive Support Tailored To The Individual Needs Of People Experiencing Homelessness Or At Risk Of Homelessness, Co-Financed By The European Funds For The Lodz Region 2021-2027 Program. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Development And Implementation Of The Substantive Program Of The Visit (Meetings With Experts And Institutions Implementing The Nm Model), Substantive Care (Appointment Of A Coordinator For The Study Visit), Provision Of Transport (Flight). Poland–Finland–Poland And Local Transfers), Hotel Services (Accommodation In A Min. 3* Hotel), Restaurant Services (Lunch And Dinner), Participants Insurance, Substantive And Organizational Care (Including Translations) And Preparation Of Information And Teaching Materials In Accordance With The Principles Of Visual Identification Of The European Funds. The Study Visit Will Last 5 Days, Including Travel. Place Of Implementation: Helsinki, Finland And2. Comprehensive Organization And Service Of Three Study Visits To The Cities: Warsaw, Wrocław And Gdańsk For 15 Participants Of Each Visit, As Part Of The Project Entitled Solving The Problem Of Homelessness In Łom - Comprehensive Support Tailored To The Individual Needs Of People Experiencing Homelessness Or At Risk Of Homelessness, Co-Financed By The European Funds For The Lodz Region 2021-2027 Program. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Development And Implementation Of Substantive Visit Programs (Meetings With Experts, Non-Governmental Organizations And Local Governments Implementing The Housing First Model), Providing Transport (Trips From Łódź And Local Transport), Hotel Services (Accommodation In Min. 3* Hotels), Restaurant Services (Lunches And Dinners In Accordance With The Visit Schedule), Participants Insurance, As Well As Substantive And Organizational Care During The Stay, As Well As Preparation Of Information And Promotional Materials In Accordance With The Rules Of Visual Identification Of The European Funds 2021–2027.
