The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New All-In-One Emulsion-Digital Pcr System (Digital Droplet Pcr), Including Droplet Generation, Amplification, Detection And Data Analysis, Along With Installation, Commissioning, User Training, Warranty And Service. The System Must Enable Genetic And Expression Analyzes To Be Performed With High Sensitivity And Precision, In Accordance With The Digital Droplet Pcr (Ddpcr) Method (Hereinafter Referred To As The Device Or Subject Of The Order). A Detailed Description Of The Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order - A Description Of The Minimum Functional And Technical Requirements Expected From The Offered Device (Required Parameters), Is Included In Column B Of The Table In Annex No. 2 To Swz - Parameters. The Parameters Are Not Intended To Favor One Manufacturer, But To Ensure Compatibility With The Existing Infrastructure. The Description Of How To Perform The Order Is Included In The Annex To The Swz - Draft Contract. The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts Because Its Subject Matter Is A Technically And Functionally Integrated Whole That Requires Implementation By One Contractor.
