Exhibition, Fair And Congress Organization Services – Material-Technical And Production Security Of Events – Dns. The Subject Of Subcontracts Will Be The Provision Of Production Services That Are Commonly Available On The Market And That Are Defined According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Within The Scope Of Group 7995, I.E. J. Services For Organizing Events, Exhibitions, Fairs, Seminars, Etc. Intended For The Needs Of Units And Facilities Of The Slovak Ministry Of Defense. The Public Contracting Authority Will Enter Orders For Services Related To The Organization Of Events Within The Established Dns, I.E. J. Preparation, Implementation, Assembly, Construction And Subsequent Dismantling Of Individual Events And Actions Of The Ministry Of Defense Of The Slovak Republic And All Its Organizational Components, As Well As Other Material-Technical, Production, Logistical And Operational Activities For The Purpose Of Securing The Events In Question. The Subject Of Production Activities Will Be The Organization Of Events Of A Social, Cultural, Historical, Professional, Sports And Other Nature With A Nationwide And Regional Impact, Especially The Celebration Of National Holidays And Memorial Days Directly Linked To The Department Of The Ministry Of Defense Of The Slovak Republic, Events To Support The Development Of Civil-Military Relations (E.G. The Ceremonial Announcement Of The Results Of The Military Deed Of The Year Survey; Victory Day Over Fascism, Snp; Day Of The Armed Forces Of The Slovak Republic; The Carpathian-Duclian Operation; The Event Military Act Of The Year; The Celebration Of The Arrival Of Missionaries To Slovakia, Etc.). At The Same Time, It Will Involve The Provision Of Other Various Events/Actions Such As Press Conferences, Briefings, Symposia, Workshops, Professional Seminars, Exercises, Oaths And Parades Intended For The Slovak Armed Forces, National Defense Forces, Lectures, Important Visits At The National And International Level, Etc. Part Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Complex Production And Technical Support For The Events In Question, Especially In The Scope Of: - Production, Organization And Technical Support Of The Event, - Supply And Operation Of Sound, Light, Image And Interpretation Equipment, - Stages, Tribunes, Constructions, Furniture, Electrical Installation, - Staffing (Organizational And Technical Staff, Support Staff – Hostessing, Sbs, Etc.) - Decorations, Floral Decorations, - Other Additional Services Necessary For Preparation And Implementation Events.
