The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify The Persons Participating In The Execution Of The Order In Terms Of Their Presence In The Register Of Sexual Offense Perpetrators, In Connection With The Act Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And Protection Of Minors (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1802, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As: Act On The Protection Of Minors.6.
