The Tender Relates To The Supply Of Lift Buses With A Driver For Use For Inspected Driving, To Kolding Municipality. The Offer Includes The Following Driving: Driving Of Searched Citizens. 8 Pieces Are Needed For This. 16-19 Person (Excluding Driver) Lift Buses And 8 12 Person (Excluding Driver) Lift Buses. All Travel Planning Takes Place Through The Municipalitys Traffic Office. An Agreement Will Be Entered Into With 1 Tenderer. For A More Detailed Description Of The Services Offered, Including The Minimum Requirements The Services Must Meet, Please Refer To The Specification Of Requirements And The List Of Offers, As Well As Any Corrections And Answers To Questions. The Expected Consumption Is Estimated On The Basis Of Previous Activity And Expected Activity Changes With The Assumptions Known At The Time Of The Tender. The Expected Consumption Is Thus Not Binding On The Client. The Tendered Contract Has A Term Of 8 Years. Terms Of Termination Appear In The Contract. The Value Of The Total Contract Including Options Is Expected To Amount To Dkk 120,000,000. The Value Is An Estimate Based On Historical Consumption And Is Therefore Not Binding On The Client, As Payment Is Only Made For Guaranteed Hours Plus Actual Consumption In Addition.
