Public Security, Law And Order Services – Awarding Of The Provision Of Security Services In Accordance With Section 5 Luftsig At Stuttgart Airport. In Accordance With Section 16A Paragraph 1 No. 1 Of The Aviation Security Act (Luftsig), Flughafen Stuttgart Gmbh Is Entrusted By The Federal Republic Of Germany, Represented By The Federal Ministry Of The Interior (Bmi), With Certain Tasks For The Implementation Of Security Measures At Stuttgart Airport In Accordance With Section 5 Paragraphs 1 To 3 Luftsig. Excluded From The Loan Are Police-Relevant And Other Core Aviation Security Tasks. These Remain With The Federal Government. The Federal Government Also Sets The Aviation Security Legal Framework, Is Responsible For Ensuring Aviation Security And Supervises The Airport Operators Performance Of Tasks. The Aviation Security Authority Responsible For Stuttgart Airport Is The Federal Police (Stuttgart Directorate And Stuttgart Airport Inspection). The Aim Of The Loan Is To Optimize The Efficiency, Quality And Controllability Of Processes Location-Specifically By Taking Over The Control Of Passenger And Baggage Checks In Accordance With Section 5 Luftsig - In Full Compliance With All Safety-Related Requirements. Through The Loan, The Client Assumes Responsibility For The Procurement, Operation And Maintenance Of The Security Equipment As Well As For The Organization And Control Of Aviation Security Checks. This Also Includes The Commissioning And Coordination Of An External Security Service Provider. As Part Of These Tasks, The Client Intends To Commission A Qualified And Experienced Service Provider To Carry Out Security Services In Accordance With The Requirements Of Section 5 Luftsig At Stuttgart Airport. The Aim Of The Tender Is To Find A Reliable Partner Who, Through Professional Action, Will Ensure That All Security Checks Run Smoothly, Efficiently And, Above All, Safely. The Selected Service Provider Must Have The Necessary Expertise And Experience And Be Able To Consistently Implement The High Safety Standards Of Air Transport.
