The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of A Service To The Ordering Party Consisting In Organizing The Transport Of Disabled Students And Care During Transport To Specialized Educational Institutions Located In The Krakow Municipality And To The Facility In Waganowice And Zagórzyce, Along With The Transportation Of People After School. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Transport Of Students To Additional Classes, Summer Camps, Organized And Implemented By Educational Institutions (All Kinds Of Extra-Curricular Activities, Sports Competitions, Thematic Trips, Special Events, Etc.). The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Transport To Various Types Of Supportive, Corrective, Rehabilitation Classes, Etc., Which Do Not Take Place In Connection With The Course Of School Classes Organized And Conducted By The Students Home Educational Institution, And In Which The Student Participates As A Result Of An Individual Decision Of The Parent/Legal Representative. Guardian. The Adaptation Of Vehicles To The Transport Of Disabled People And Their Marking Must Be In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Only Disabled People (Students) Who Have Their Place Of Residence (Registered Address) In The Kocmyrzów - Luborzyca Commune Will Use The Transport.
