Partyń – Bus Stop Ul. Suburbs – Ul. Tarnowska - Ul. Górna - Ul. Warzały - Ul. Kolejowa - Ul. Krótka – Ul. Witosa - Jurczak Stop - Primary School In Łęg Tarnowski. Number Of Children To Be Transported - 30• 3Rd Part Of The Route: Primary School In Łęg Tarnowski - Ul. Dąbrowska Bus Stop Near The Store - Ul. Zaszkolna 51 - Ul. Dąbrowska 93 - Ul. Leśna - Ul. Nowa - Primary School In Łęg Tarnowski. Number Of Children To Be Transported - 40. Total Number Of Kilometers To Be Traveled On Parts I, Ii And Iii Of The Route (One-Day Journey With Children In The Vehicle) - 33.2 Km, Number Of Days Of Transport Of Children In This Period Is - 189Applies To All Parts Of The Order: 1) The Contractor Must Ensure Safe Transport For Students, I.E. Appropriate Safety Conditions And Hygiene.2) The Vehicles Must Be Equipped With An Appropriate Number Of Seats, Ensuring Safe Transport Of All Children And The Guardian.3) In Each Vehicle, On Each Route, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide At Least One Person Providing Educational Care For The Transported Students.4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify The Persons Participating In The Execution Of The Order In Terms Of Their Presence In The Register Of Perpetrators Of Sexual Offenses In Connection With The Act Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Crime On Sexual Background And Protection Of Minors (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 560, As Amended). Due To The Above, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party, No Later Than On The Date Of Commencement Of The Service, With Information That The Persons With Whom The Order Is Executed, I.E.
