The Purpose Is To Identify Both Who You Are And Who You Work For. It Has To Therefore, An Hms Card Is Issued For Each Business In Which The Person Works. The Scheme Is Operated As A Service Concession, Where The Norwegian Labor Inspection Authority Has The Upper Hand The Responsibility For The Scheme Working As Intended, But Where Ordering, Checking The Criteria, Production And Issuing Of Cards Takes Place Via The Supplier. Furthermore, It Is Assumed That The Supplier Must Handle All User Support And Guidance, Operate The Register Of Issued Persons Card And Status Search, The Ordering Solution, Production, Dispatch And Invoicing As Well Submission And Shredding Of Used Cards.
