The Purpose Of The Simple Procurement Is To Provide A Social Transport Service With An M1 Category Vehicle (Hereinafter The Service) To A Disabled Person (Within The Meaning Of § 2 Subsection 1 Of The Act On Social Benefits For Persons With Disabilities) Or An Elderly Person (Hereinafter The Service Recipient) Who Is Registered In The Registry As A Resident Of The Municipality Of Viljandi And Who, Due To Special Needs, Cannot Use Private Or Public Transport And Is Unable To Independently Drive Or Organize A Ride To Institutions Providing Public Services, School Or Work.
