1. The Subject Of The Order Are Services Related To The Removal Of Faults And Defects In Solar Installations Installed As Part Of The Project Renewable Energy Sources In The Łochów Commune.2. Part 1 - Removing Faults And Defects Involving The Replacement Of Failed Individual Elements Of Solar Installations.3. Scope Of The Order For Part 1 - Installations Consist Of 2 And 3 Panels.6. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order For Part 1 Is Specified In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: Design Documentation Regarding The Installed Solar Panels, Biomass Furnace, As-Built Documentation Of Photovoltaic Installations And Surge Arresters, And A List Of Faults And Defects Of Individual Installations. 7. After Removing The Failure, The Contractor Will Present An Execution Report Signed By The Installation User, Containing A Description Of The Work Performed And Warranty Cards.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Swz And The Attached Documents, The Submitted Offer And Applicable Law, Maintaining The Highest Professional Level. 9. After Signing The Contract With The Contractor, The Ordering Party Will Provide Data With The Location Of Individual Res Installations On The Basis Of The Contract Signed With The Contractor Entrusting The Processing Of Personal Data.10. As Part Of The Remuneration, The Contractor Will Provide, At Its Own Expense And Risk, All Necessary Materials, Technical Equipment And Equipment, And Will Provide Appropriately Qualified And Experienced Staff And Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Service.
