Exhibition Equipment – Preparation, Delivery, Assembly And Launch Of A Regional Exhibition Entitled The Karkonosze Granary Of Culture Carried Out In The Historic Granary Building At The Kpn Natural And Educational Center - Sobieszów Palace As Part Of The Project No. Cz.11.02.01/00/23_004/0000048 Entitled: The Karkonosze Mountains - History And Traditions Come To Life. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Execution Of An Exhibition On Regional Topics Entitled Karkonoski Granary Of Culture Carried Out In The Historic Granary Building In The Nature And Education Center Of The Karkonosze National Park - Sobieszów Palace, Ul. Cieplicka 196A, Karkonoska 3-4, 58-570 Jelenia Góra. 2. The Granary Building Together With The Entire Plot And Its Remaining Buildings Was Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under The Number A/5033/900/J Of August 14, 1987. 3. The Exhibition Will Be Held On Three Floors Of The Building: 1) First Floor - Regional Architecture With Architectural Models, Characteristics Of The Most Important Issues Related To Regional Architecture, Interactive, Analog Stands With The Ability To Understand The Elements Construction, Types Of Construction Joints, Most Frequently Used Materials, Etc. 2) 2Nd Floor - Old Crafts And Disappearing Professions - Presentation Of Content Regarding The History And Characteristics Of Old Crafts And Disappearing Professions, Characteristic Of The Karkonosze And Jizera Mountains Region. The Exhibition Is Intended Not Only To Present The Most Important Information And The History Of Individual Issues, But Also To Explain Individual Professions And Crafts In The Most Interesting Way Possible Through Interactive, Analog Stands Where You Can Try To Make Some Small Elements Related To The Presented Content Yourself. The Exhibition Will Include The Following Crafts And Professions: Weaving, Professions Related To Wood And Its Processing, Professions Related To Glassmaking And Its Decoration And Its Derivatives, Baking, Taking Into Account The Tradition Of The Palm Sunday Fairs In Cieplice And Baking The Famous Tallsacks. 3) 3Rd Floor - Space For Presenting Temporary Exhibitions, Including Photography, Painting, Sculpture, Installations, Utility Items, Design, Etc. 4. The Exhibition Should Be Made In Accordance With The Design Documentation For The Implementation Of The Seasonal Exhibition Entitled Karkonoski Spichlerz Kultury In The Historic Granary Building At The Kpn Natural And Educational Center - Sobieszów Palace 5. The Design Documentation Includes: 1) Descriptive Part, Including: A) Technical Description Of The Exhibition, B) Tour Scenario, C) Description Of Stands, D) List Of Catalog Equipment, E) Exhibition Bill Of Quantities, F) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Exhibition 2) Drawing Part - Visual, Including: A) Technical Drawings (Projections And Cross-Sections, Drawings Of Stands, Electrical Drawings), B) Visualization Of Stands, C) Graphic Identification Of The Exhibition. 6. Design Documentation For The Exhibition Entitled Karkonosze Spichlerz Kultury” Constitutes Annex No. 12 To Swz. 7. Note: The Exhibition Will Be Realized And Operated In The Historic Granary Building, Which Is: Unheated, Uninsulated And Does Not Have Air Conditioning.
