The Client Wants To Ensure That Employees At The Office Locations Have Access To Tasty Drinks From Reliable Vending Machines That Are Easy And Intuitive To Operate. The Vending Machine Solutions Should Contribute To A Good User Experience In Everyday Life, With Easy Access To Coffee And Other Hot Drinks. The Collaboration Between The Client And The Supplier Must Be Characterized By Efficiency And Solution-Oriented Dialogue. Inquiries And Orders Must Be Handled Flexibly, And It Must Be Easy For The Customer To Follow Up On The Agreement, Including An Overview Of Leased Machines, Costs Related To Product Purchases And Service Assignments, As Well As Follow-Up Of Sustainability Requirements. Maintenance And Cleaning Of The Machines Must Be Carried Out Easily And Without Significant Time Consumption For The Customers Employees. It Must Also Be Easy To Have Service And Repairs Carried Out At All Locations Covered By The Agreement. The Procurement Must Meet Requirements For Sustainability At All Levels And In All Parts Of The Value Chain, And Contribute To The Clients Goals Of Responsible Consumption And Environmentally Friendly Solutions.
