Laboratory, Optical And Precision Equipments (Excl. Glasses) – Emc Measuring System, Mode Swirling System (Mvk) For Emc Investigations. In The Case Of An Order, A Detailed Schedule (Whether A Bar Chart Or A Network Plan-Based Version Must Be Agreed With The User) Must Be Presented To The User For Approval And Coordination No Later Than 3 Weeks After The Order Was Placed. All Execution Drawings, Circuit Diagrams, Recess Plans And Other Construction Information Must Be Drawn Up By The Bidder Without Being Asked And Handed Over To The User Or Their Authorized Representative Before Execution. We Reserve The Right To Accept Individual Parts Of The Scope Of Delivery At The Providers Factory Or That Of Sub-Suppliers. Our Representative Must Be Permitted Access To The Relevant Parts Of The Factory At Any Time. No Additional Costs Or Delays May Be Claimed Due To A Provisional Acceptance. Pre-Acceptance Does Not Release The Provider From Its Final Acceptance And Warranty Obligations. Partial Deliveries And Partial Invoices Are Permitted. The Bidder Is Obliged To Coordinate His Services With All Other Companies Involved In The Project And In Collaboration With The User And To Coordinate All Work With One Another. The Work On The Construction Site Must Be Supervised By The Bidder From An Engineering Perspective. This Also Includes, If Necessary, Participation In Regular And Short-Term Construction Meetings And Forwarding The Meeting Results To The Fitters. The Bidder Must Have Experience In Handling Comparable Projects. The Project Organization, The Planned Timeline (Including Delivery Times) And The Experience Of The Project Manager Must Be Described In More Detail. Subcontractors Must Be Listed In The Project For A Sum > Eur 100,000. Furthermore, The Provider Must Have An Accredited Quality Assurance System In Accordance With Din Iso 9001:2008. Proof Must Be Provided By Means Of A Certificate. The Bidder Provides Detailed Field Strength Calculations For The Individual Antenna Systems In The Defined Mvk For The Test Volume (According To Iso11452-11). The Marked Measuring Devices Must Be Calibrated By An Accredited Testing Laboratory In Accordance With Iso 17025, Whereby The Calibration Date May Be A Maximum Of 3 Months Before Handover Of The Entire System. The Calibration Certificates Are Part Of The Documentation. After The Official Tender And Objection Period And After The Order Has Been Placed In Coordination With The User And The Other Trades, It Will Be Delivered In Full By The End Of Q2 2026.
